Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship throughout Mexico. We also offer international shipping to certain countries.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, national shipments take 3 to 7 business days.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package on the courier’s website.

What materials are the jewelry made of?
All pieces are made with high-quality materials, including crystals and minerals, full of power, set in 14k gold. Some necklaces feature a gold-plated clasp.
Gold is Always specified in the description of the products.
Are the jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, most of our pieces are designed to be skin-friendly. If you have concerns about a specific material, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, bank transfers, and payments via OXXO through Mercado Pago.

Warranty and Returns
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives with any defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to provide a solution.
Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. For other products, we offer exchanges within the first 7 days if the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a warranty for manufacturing defects. We do not cover damage due to improper use or natural wear.
